No one came forward and the <br />Citizens' Input was closed. <br />Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the November 10, 2017, Monthly Meeting and the <br />December 1, 2017, Special Meeting. <br />Mr. Manning asked if there were any corrections to the minutes. No one from the Board had any <br />changes. Mr. Banks made a motion to accept the minutes from November 10, 2017, and December 1, <br />2017. Mr. Hamill seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />Discuss and possibly approve October 2017 Financials and the November 2017 Financials. <br />Mr. Hernandez stated the October financials show normal expenses. Mr. Paris pointed out Forrest <br />Signs under Marketing and said the banners were updated with our new logo. Mr. Banks made a <br />
