B. Beverly Pendleton - approximately 24 W. Plaza (property immediately <br />north of 28 W. Plaza (McKay's Music Co.). Mr. Denney advised the <br />Pendletons that the Commission would need a better drawing of the <br />plans for the new opening, and he offered to assist them by preparing <br />a drawing at no cost. There was also discussion regarding the paint <br />color on the plastered section of the building. Becki Norment pointed <br />out that plaster was technically masonry, therefore the standard for <br />painting masonry would apply. The Commission decided the issue <br />should be tabled until the next meeting. Motion to table was made by <br />Claudia Hunt, seconded by Jerry Raper. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />C. Bill E. Kirby -136 Bonham Street. The Commission questioned whether <br />there would be windows in the proposed new door, and Mr. Kirby <br />stated there would not. Motion to approve the Certificate of <br />Appropriateness was made by Becki Norment, seconded by Jerry <br />Raper. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />3.
