C. 2651st Street S.W. -Kenneth and Rita Kammer. Motion to approve the <br />COA with the conditions that the wall be topped with running brick, that <br />the hadite block be stuccoed including to cover the joints, and that the <br />Kammers apply for another COA for the paint color was made by Paul <br />Denney, seconded by Jerry Raper. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />D. 122 and 138 Lamar Avenue - Police Athletic League. Suzy Harper <br />presented photographs and color swatches to the Commission for <br />review. Motion to approve Sedona Clay for the back brick portion of the <br />building, Virtual Taupe for the Young Life entrance, Nomadic Desert for <br />the Young Life building, and Copper Nail across the top of all buildings <br />was made by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Sue Lancaster. Motion <br />carried 7 -0. <br />3. Discussion of and possible action on directions to ArchiTexas on Design <br />Guidelines for the Downtown Historic District. Commission members were <br />presented with the list of changes made at the November 6 meeting. Motion <br />to approve the list was made by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Sue Lancaster. <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br />4. Receipt of report from the Historic Preservation Officer. The HPO presented <br />the attached report. <br />5. Request items from Board for future agendas. Paul Denney requested that the <br />Commission review properties it had previously pulled from the BSC lists to <br />allow them to move forward. The HPO advised that time has already expired <br />on those automatically, so no further action was necessary. <br />6.
