Priest stated that his neighbors on both sides have fences and in order to have access <br />to construct his fence the "bad side" would need to face his neighbors, Mr. Priest <br />stated that he has aflutter from his neighbor on the West side of his property which <br />states that she is A with his request as long as her fence is not affected. Mr. Priest <br />further stated a 2 -foot gap would be created that no one would have access, to except <br />rodents and high grass. Mr. Priest showed the board pictures of the condition of the <br />neighboring property that is, not usable, Mr. Priest further stated he hopes the board <br />will approve this variance request. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition of the petition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Jerry planing, seconded by Louise Hagood to approve the variance <br />request. Motion carried 4-0. <br />5. Alleeling adjourned at 12.12 p.m. <br />
