<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-202 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY <br />BOARD OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of GLEN CHAPMAN, ANDREW F . FASKEN and J.B. <br />RICHEY as members of the AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD of the City of Paris, will expire <br />on December 31, 2004; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor ofthe City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment <br />of GLEN CHAPMAN and ANDREW F. FASKEN and the appointment of HARRY <br />MICHALEWICZ as members for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1,2005, and ending <br />December 31,2006; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That GLEN CHAPMAN and ANDREW F. FASKEN be, and they are hereby, <br />reappointed, and that HARRY MICHALEWICZ be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as <br />members ofthe AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, <br />beginning January 1,2005, and ending December 31, 2006. <br /> <br />Section 3.
