<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-203 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, RE-APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS <br />AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Rodney Bass, Terry Christian, Howard Corriston, <br />Kyle McCarley and John Mark Spencer, as members of the Board of Adjustment ofthe City of <br />Paris, expire on December 31, 2004; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the re-appointments <br />of Rodney Bass, Terry Christian, Howard Corriston, Kyle McCarley and John Mark Spencer <br />for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1,2005, and ending December 31, 2006;NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Rodney Bass, Terry Christian, Howard Corriston, Kyle McCarley and <br />John Mark Spencer be, and they are hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Board of <br />Adjustment of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 2005, and <br />ending December 31,2006. <br /> <br />Section 3.
