This grant <br />is subject to and conditioned upon acceptance of the Governor's Criminal Justice Plan <br />for Texas (Plan) promulgated for this specific pro$ram fund (referenced above) through <br />the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Divis~on. Applicable special conditions <br />are contained in the Plan or cited below. Total project costs must be accounted for. <br />in accordance with the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards and the Plan. <br /> <br />GRANTEE REQUEST FOR FUNDS <br />All grantee requests for funds _shall be submitted to CJD, .to the attention of. the <br />Accounting Department, in accordance with the inst'ructioris provided by C~ and shall be <br />in the form required by CJD. Requests for funds will not be honored until all special <br />conditions outlined on the Statement of Grant Award and that required action on the part <br />of the grantee have been satisfied. <br /> <br />FUTURE FUNDING <br />Approval of the above-referenced grant does not commit the Governor's Office to future <br />funding.
