Alllic.~nses, legal certifications, or inspections required for the services, facilities, equipment, or materials, and all <br />appllcable'state and federal laws and local ordinances must be complied with by the SERVICE PRO\1DER. Failure to <br />complfWith this requirement shall be treated as a default. <br /> <br />9. This contract shall automatically terminate on the grant e:-,:piration date or any e:\1ension date thereof granted by CID <br />or upoiJ.'tennination of the underlying grant by cm. All senices billed hereunder must be rendered within the grant <br />period; <br /> <br />10.
