The Firm covenants that he/she presently has no interest and shall not acquire interest, director indire:::t, in the study area or any parcels therein or any other interest which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of his/her services hereunder. The Firm further covenants that in the performance of this Contract, no person having any such intere~t shall be employed.
