<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-105 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE LOVE CIVIC <br />CENTER, CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF LAMAR COUNTY, BUDGET <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2005, TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2006; <br />MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE <br />SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Love Civic Center, Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, has <br />presented its budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2005, and ending September 30, <br />2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate that said budget, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be accepted <br />and approved; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the proposed budget for the Love Civic Center, Chamber of Commerce <br />of Lamar County, for the fiscal year beginning October 1,2005, and ending September 30, <br />2006, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and approved. <br /> <br />Section 3.
