<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-081 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BAND COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS <br />RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office ofT. R. Bunch, Albert Nichol, and Linda Suarez, as <br />members of the Band Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 2005; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris has reappointed T.R. Bunch and Linda <br />Suarez and has appointed Ray Karrer for terms of two (2) years, beginning July 1,2005, and <br />ending June 30, 2007, and has submitted the names of such persons to the City Council for <br />conftrmation; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the fmdings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the reappointment ofT.R. Bunch and Linda Suarez and the appointment <br />of Ray Karrer as members of the Band Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) <br />year, beginning July 1,2005, and ending June 30, 2007, be, and the same are hereby, confirmed. <br /> <br />Section 3.
