Lie. # 11081 helps with bid caJling & ringing <br />Ring men - (help with catching bids) <br />Mike Clement I Cem.fied Appraiser I years of experience in appraising & ringing <br />Bobby George I helps with catching bids, loading out & has worked for me for about 18 <br />months and does a great job. <br />Clerk - Sherry Yeatman (keeps up with what items and lots sell for) <br />She bas many years of experience dealing with. people, clerking, book work & title work <br />& has worked for me for two years and does a great job. <br />Cashier - Pam Lane (cashier takes in the money) <br />She has many years of experience dealing with people, money, & book work @ Bank of <br />. America in Pans, Tx. as well as working for me. <br />Cashier - Tammelynn Nobels (cashier takes in money) <br />She has years of experience dealing with the public & has worked for me for two years. <br />Book Keeper - Sbcny Yeatman <br />She does the final book work & title work and has many years of experience in this field <br />of work. <br />#2 We will set up the auction & make ready, take care of everything during the auction, <br />and take care of unloading & load out & clean up after auction. We will take care of all <br />the advertising, sign up registration for bidders to buy, we will take in the money, keep <br />up with what items sell for, & all the finaI paper work. <br />#3 We are capable of selling items throughout the year that miss the designated auction <br />date at one of our monthly auction sales whether it be equipment, vehicles, or furniture & <br />appliances. <br />#4 We have a forklift for unloading & loading, we have all the items needed for bidders <br />registration & payout, we have lot tags & stickers, bid cards, clerk sheets, checkout <br />receipts, a copier, a portapotty if needed & we also provide food & drinks. <br />#5 All buyers must register with Auction Company in order to bid or buy. AU bidders & <br />buyers must have a valid drivers license in order to register, upon registration bidder will <br />be given a buyers number and Auction Company will keep bidders & buyers address, <br />drivers license number & buyers number on .file. <br />#6 All buyers must pay for merchandise before buyer & items leave premises. Payments <br />must be paid for by cash., cashiers check, company check, or personal check, but no <br />temporary checks or eredit cards. If buying for resale buyer must have a copy of his resale <br />tax exemption fonn, <br />#7 Auction items wi.ll be set out in ao order that auction company feels will bring the <br />best results for the seller. Each lot or item will be given a lot number and inventory will <br />be taken and a representative of Lamar County Auditor's Office is more than welcome to <br />help or supervise. <br />During the sale the clerk will record the activities of the sale with what each lot or item <br />brings on a three pan carbon copy in. which Lamar County, the Auction Company and <br />the buyer will receive a copy. <br /> <br />PAGE 03 <br />
