There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was <br />made by Mayor Clifford and seconded by Council Member Portugal, Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 <br />nays, <br />5. Approve minutes from the meeting of February 12, 2018. <br />6. Receive reports and/or minutes fi-orn the following boards, commissions, and committees: <br />a. Paris Board of Adjustment (12-5-2017) <br />b. Airport Advisory Board (I 1-16-2017 & 1-18-2018) <br />c. Main Street Advisory Board (1- -2018) <br />d. Historic Preservation Commission (I-10-2018) <br />e. Paris Economic Development Corporation (1-23-2018) <br />f Paris Visitors & Convention Council (1-22-2018) <br />7. Receive January monthly financial report. <br />8. Receive January drainage report, <br />9. Receive demolition and code enforcement activity reports. <br />10. Approve the Final Plat of Lots 28-34, Block A, Stone Ridge Addition Phase 8, located in <br />the 4600 Block of Boulder Lane. <br />11, Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2018-006: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRIVATE RE -SALE OF <br />MULTIPLE TRACTS OF TAX FORECLOSED PROPERTIES AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEEDS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />12. Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2018-007: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, REQUESTING THE SHERIFF OR A <br />CONSTABLE TO SELL TAX FORECLOSED PROPERTIES AND TO RE -SELL BID - <br />OFF TAX PROPERTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEXAS PROPERTY TAX <br />CODE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE <br />SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />11 Accept the bid and award a contract for the construction of single-family homes under a <br />Home Program Grant received from the Texas Department of Housing and Community <br />Affairs (TDHCA), in the City of Paris, Texas to Whitaker Homes, the lowest responsible <br />bidder; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary <br />documents. <br />
