Collins, Dr. Mark Gibbons, Dr. Edo Salzman, Mrs, Nancy Stallings, Mrs, Connie <br />I <br />Stauter, Dr, Marc White, and Dr. Ross Williams, Others in attendance were Mrs. Gina Prestridge andl Ms. Cheryl King. <br />Mr, Collins called the meeting to order in open session at 5:35 pi.m. <br />Mrs, Stauter made the motion to approve minutes from, prior meeting and was seconded by Dr. Marc White. All approved, <br />Mr. Bill Collins, was re-elected to serve as Chairman, Dr, Mark Gibbons was elected to serve as Vice -Chairman, Mrs. Connie <br />Stauter was elected to serve as Secretary, All approved. <br />The drive-thru flu clinic is scheduled for October 28th, 2017 at the 1 S Federal Community Bank located on Loop 2816 from 12-4 <br />pm anyone 18 and older wanting a free flu shot. Four hundred' shots will be available. <br />McClanahan & Holmes will be conducting a single audit at a cost of $15,000, <br />Dr, Gibbons made the motion to approve the public information request from Erica Burkert, and was seconded by Dr. <br />Salzman, All approved.
