Main <br />St. around a curve (R=3879.72', C=North 2'30'33" East 60.11 ft.) to the right a <br />distance of60.l1 feetto a capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for comer at the Easterly <br />Northeast comer of said 22.128 acre tract, said point being the Southeast comer of <br />a called 6.390 acre tract ofland conveyed A.
