The chord length is 579,28 feet at a bearing of S 72050' 32" W; Thence S 54022' 00" W, a distance of 738,65feet to a point; Thence S 54026' 05" W, a distance of99.56 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right; Thence, with a curve to the right, a distance of273.08 feet to a set iron rod.
