<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />FIELD NOTES <br />Northwest Paris Industrial Park <br />2.63 Acres <br />February 2005 <br /> <br />Being 2.63 acres ofland, situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, also being a part of the Francis Morrison Survey, <br />Abstract Number 592, also being a part of a called 196,7 acre tract conveyed from the <br />City of Paris to Paris Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc" on April 6, 1959, recorded in <br />Vol. 360, Page 320 of the Deed Records of said County, also being a part ofa called 6,50 <br />acre tract ofland, conveyed from Loretta Cohee and others, on July 25,2003, recorded in <br />Vol. 1415, Page 24 of the Official Records of said County, The said 2.63 acre tract of <br />land being described more particularly in metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest comer of the said 6,50 acre tract ofland, at a fence <br />post, said beginning point also being in the North boundary line of Campbell Street; <br /> <br />Thence N 890 40' OS" E, with the North boundary line of said Campbell Street, a <br />distance of20.0l feet to the Southeast comer of the said 2.63 acre tract ofland; <br /> <br />Thence N 10 41' 40" E, a distance of 546.94 feet to a point; <br /> <br />Thence S 89020' 00" E, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; <br /> <br />Thence N 1041' 40" E, a distance of204,53 feet to a point on the North boundary <br />line of the said 6.50 acre tract ofland; <br /> <br />Thence S 89020' 25" E, with the said North boundary line, a distance of394,92 <br />feet to a metal post; <br /> <br />Thence N 890 08' 17" E, continuing with said North boundary line, a distance of <br />166,56 feet to a found iron rod; <br /> <br />Thence S 890 13' 45" E, continuing with the said North bo~pdary line, a distance <br />of268,96 feet to a point; <br /> <br />Thence North, a distance of 233.13 feet to the beginning of a curve; <br /> <br />Thence with a curve to the right, a distance of 412,26 feet to a set iron rod. The <br />radius of the curve is 950 feet and the central angle is 240 51' 51". The chord length is <br />409.04 feet at a bearing ofN 12025' 55" E; <br /> <br />Thence with a curve to the left, a distance of264.68 feet to a set iron rod, The <br />radius ofthe curve is 1031.12 feet and the central angle is 14042' 27". The chord length <br />is 263.95 feet at a bearing ofN 170 30' 09" E; <br />
