Call meeting to order — Richard Manning, Chairman <br />2. Citizens' Input <br />(Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than <br />two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits <br />the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to <br />an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual infon-nation. Claims against the <br />Paris EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.) <br />If necessary, the Paris Economic Development Corporation may convene into Executive <br />Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code regarding any item on this agenda. <br />3. Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of the February 15, 2018, Monthly Meeting and Minutes <br />of the March 2, 2018, Special Meeting, <br />4. Discuss and possibly approve February 2018 Financials and March 2018 Financials <br />5. Explanation and discussion regarding TD Arneritrade Payable of $425,77 as noted at the <br />February 15, 2018, PEDC meeting. <br />G. Explanation and discussion of the final return payment of $148,522 to the PEDC by the <br />Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority. Certificate of Deposit matures December 2018. <br />7. Discuss Paris Lakes Incentive Agreement of $250,000 towards the reimbursement of <br />infrastructure. <br />8. Discuss and possibly approve an Economic Impact Study conducted by Elizabeth Morris, CEO <br />and Chief Economist of Insight Research, <br />9�. Discuss and possibly approve auctioning the 1-bearn frame and two overhead doors in the shed <br />,at 2305 NW Loop 286. <br />10. Discuss and possibly approve an auctioneer for the selling of contents of the old Superior <br />Switch site, <br />11, Executive Director's Monthly Report, <br />
