Ms. .1 ustice states she <br />owns the 14 apartment complex next to thesu[Iject propetly, and her income goes domm <br />when she is unable to rent an apartment to a citizen that does not want horse or cattle 30 <br />deet from their bedroom window, NIs, Justice further states that when bier inconie goes <br />down then property value goes down, Ms, Justice is concerned \vitli the smell and noise <br />firorri large animals, She states she has a letter fi-orn Dr. Bandel that appointed her as his <br />representative arid lie is opposed to the petition. <br />Robert Spairt, 655 Church Street, spoke in favor of" tyre petition, Njr. Spain states lie is a <br />client of" Dr. 0'13ryan, He was previously on the Planning arid: toning, Conirnission arid <br />althOLIgh as Commercial zoning In the riiiddle of General Retail zoning would be <br />problematic, as would what was approved previously for Light Industrial over beside a <br />church and residential near the Boys Club bUt it does occur when people think it is good flor <br />the City and citizens.
