<br />[JLJ PRINCIPALLY BENEFITS LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PERSONS <br /> <br />Identifying Project Activity Beneficiaries (Appendix II), provides guidance for identifying the <br />beneficiaries of a TCDP-eligible activity. <br /> <br />Below, the applicant must provide the method, or methods, used to identify the beneficiaries for <br />each application activity (with the exception of the engineering and administration activities) and <br />an explanation concerning the reasons why each method was used to identify the beneficiaries of <br />the application activity, <br /> <br />Direct Benefit <br /> <br />Income Eligibility <br /> <br />x <br /> <br />Condition Eligibility <br /> <br />x <br /> <br />Area Benefit <br /> <br />Citywide Benefit <br /> <br />Justification of Beneficiary Identification Method: <br /> <br />For each beneficiary identification method checked above, explain why and how the method was <br />used to identify the beneficiaries of the application activity, <br /> <br />For income or condition eligibility, provide specific references to programs and income limits or <br />the condition on which income or condition eligibility was based, The number of income or <br />condition eligible beneficiaries must be substantiated through clientele lists or certified by the <br />director of the facility or program. <br /> <br />Applicants for Housing Rehabilitation under this program will have incomes <br />at or below Section 8 lomits; 80% of area median. <br />Further, those who receive handicapped access status will have documentation <br />of handicap from SSA, TRe, HHS, etc. <br /> <br />21 <br />
