I'S <br />PARS AFIREMEN <br />RELIEF AND RETIREMENT FUND <br />MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA <br />May 8, 2018 <br />The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference <br />Room at Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. <br />1. Call to order <br />2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time <br />may be granted, (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the <br />Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing <br />policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information) <br />I Review and approve the election results for the open Firefighter Trustee Positions formerly held <br />by Randy Crawford and Jesse Strain, <br />4, Administer the Oath of Office to Bob Rast and Jerry Horton. <br />5. Discussion and action to set Board Officer Positions, <br />& Approve the minutes from the April 2018 meeting. <br />7. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board. <br />8. Review and approve the Refund of Contribution for Joshua Ryals. <br />9. Discussion and possible action regarding the Administrative Position. <br />10. Discussion and possible action regarding appointing the Authorized Signers for Westwood Trust, <br />11. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood. <br />12. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and <br />Retirement Fund received after last meeting. <br />13.
