Ruthart explained that the PHA is not charging tenants for doors currently. T e PHA is <br />trying to come up with an alternate plan. <br />D. Expiring Board Member terms - Mrs. Ruthart offered applications to the Board <br />Members whose terms are expiring which are Mr. Haynes, Mr. Savage, and W <br />Dangerfield. <br />E. Report on Green's Lawn Contract - Mrs. Ruthart reported that she has be watching <br />the grounds after the landscapers mow and have found that they are doing a f rood job. Mr. <br />Savage agreed. <br />7. RESOLUTIONS: <br />2017-006 Smoke Free Policy Tabled for Next Month's Meeting otion made <br />by Mr. Haynes and seconded by Mr. Dangerfield. Motion passed 4-1. <br />2017-007 Income Limits Motion made by Ms. Nickerson and seonded by <br />Mr. Dangerfield. Motion passed 5-0. <br />2017-008 Exception Flat Rents & A&O Policy Motion made by <br />Nickerson and seconded by Mr. Dangerfield. Motion passed 5-0. <br />Ms. Nickerson had to leave the meeting. <br />2017-009 Maintenance Schedule of Charges Motion made by Mr. <br />and seconded by Mr. Haynes. Motion passed 4-0. <br />8. No further business or questions, a motion for adjournment was made by <br />Dangerfield and seconded by Mr. Savage. Motion passed 4-0.
