This section of our <br />community, once considered the heart of Paris is in desperate need of rehabilitation. The residents <br />in our city are quickly losing the community pride they once shared in the early 80's during the initial <br />Main Street Project, We hope this project will include more education for the merchant and property <br />owner, creating a long term difference in our historic city, <br /> <br />2.
