Robert Talley stated owner is present. Case deals with junk and rubbish; <br />structure is OK at this point. Junk vehicles and parts. Brush and litter. As of <br />today, vehicles have been moved by owner, Spoke today with owner; he will <br />continue to clean up and remove brush. Owner was unaware of condition of <br />property. <br />Robert "Valley's recommendation- Declare a nuisance. All junk, rubbish, <br />and brush be removed within 6O days or city has the right to do so. Owner <br />is in agreement with this recommendation. Vehicle vin numbers will be <br />attached to these orders to prevent vehicles from being moved to another lot, <br />within the City. <br />Louis Clark, 305 Birch St, Hendrix OK. Will complete getting it cleaned up. <br />Commission questions. <br />Q — Is this a residence with a current tenant?' <br />A — No. <br />Q -- And it's not a car repair business? <br />A — No. <br />Q Is trailer in picture on the property? <br />A Yes; not in violation, but owner also wants it removed. <br />Motion was made by Mike Folmar, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />Robert's recommendation. Unsecure. Inside ceiling material <br />has fallen in; hole in roof. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare nuisance, demo within 30 days <br />or city has right do so. <br />Cathy Goodrum, 233 CR 34954, Powderly TX Been trying to sell property for <br />several years. Had intended to repair, but realized the wood was eaten up with <br />termites. Have been out of town for several years. Have someone who might <br />be willing to tear down house for deed to property. Should know within a week. <br />If not, will allow city to demo. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />Robert's recommendation.
