Chairman Dux called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting (March 14,2018) Chairman Dux noted a <br />typo on page 2 to be corrected; the minutes were approved by acclamation. <br />Consideration and action on 255 1" SW- replacement garage doors - <br />Mike Kennedy presented the project in the place Qf Marvin Gorley. He explained a new <br />business is moving into the building, and there, was a need to rehabilitate building kv replacing <br />the existing garage doors made qfmismatched sheet metal. The proposed doors are being <br />fabricated to, replicate the original garage doors on the building. The will be constructed with <br />in kind materials of wood, metal and glass. The commission reviewed pictures of the proposed <br />doors, original doors, and the location where the new doors will be hung. Chairman Dux <br />asked the commission if they had any other questions, and called for a motion. Commissioner <br />Enimite made a motion to approve the Certificate of appropriateness as presented, motion <br />seconded by Commissioner Coyle, motion carried 5 <br />Mr. Kennedy asked the commission ff he could add an addendum. He explained there was <br />a large door opening on the south side wall qfthe building. The opening been filled in with <br />bricks at some time in the past. The owners would like to remove the brick and replace the <br />opening with another door that will be fabricated exactly like the doors proposed in the <br />current Certificate of `appropriateness. Commissioner Dux asked the commission ffthey had <br />any questions and called for a motion. Glee made the motion to add the addendum to the <br />approved qI'the Certificate oaf appropriateness for approval. Commissioner Hider seconded, <br />motion carried 5 — O. <br />
