Chairman Call meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. <br />2. A motion was made to approve the April 11, 2018 as presented by Con-11,11issioner Hider, <br />seconded by Commissioner Eminitc, Motion carried 4-0 <br />3. The commission reviewed pictures of the structures located at 128 NE I O'h' 1025 E Houston, <br />116 NE 10`h St, 473 NE 5" ST, 2591 W Houston and 2890 Bonham. Chairman Dux opened <br />the floor,16r,questions. Hearing none, a motion was made by Commissioner Emmite <br />acknowledging the structures cannot be rehabilitated, designated on the NationalRegister of <br />Historic Places, o r as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or eligible as h is toric property as <br />designated ky the City Council o'the Cit, ofParis. The motion was seconded lit; 9;Commissioner <br />Hider, and the motion carried 5 — 0. <br />4. The commission received a report from the Historic Preservation officer of all approved Minor <br />Certificates of Appropriateness., <br />HPO reviewed the Imagine the possibilities tour assignments for May 19, 2018. <br />5. The comrnission agreed to hold a special meeting for the review of a sign located at 255 I't ST <br />SW, South Main Iron on May 22,, 2018 at 12:15 pm. as a future agenda itern. <br />6.
