Meeting Called to order at 12:31 pm on Tuesday, April 17, 201 y <br />Board of Conunissioners, Gary Savage. <br />2. Having all five Board Members present, a quorum, Mr. Savage: thanked <br />everyone to the meeting. <br />3. Citi.7xns' Forum Opened and c10 sed with no one present to speak. <br />4. Minutes from the March 20,2018 Meeting <br />Minutes were approved with a motion made by Mr. T. K. Haynes and <br />Dewayne Dangerfield. Passed 5-0. <br />ulu <br />MWI, <br />MW <br />Ms. Cherry asked about Skipper Steeley coming to the last meeting and if Board had <br />discussed it yet and Mr. Savage explained that he planned to put Mr.Steele y on the next <br />Board Meeting agenda for discussion. <br />A. Occupancy Report — Waiting lists for PH and Section 8, Demographic R, <br />Vacancy Reports were all presented to the Board. Mrs. Ruthart asked the B,( <br />the word that the PHA is looking for 3 bedroom applicants. Mrs. Ruthart als <br />that the PHA is trying to fill 3 bedroom vacancies with 4 bedroom applicant <br />bedroom applicants when necessary. <br />B. Financial Report - presented bank statements and charts from the accoun <br />and Section 8. <br />C. REAC Inspection report - Mrs. Ruthart announced the PHAS score of 77 <br />REAC Inspection score of 63.
