The Detective will work under the direct SUIVI'Vision ofthe Senior Detective and shall likewise be subject to the supervision ofa Lieutenant within the Criminal Investigations Division of the Paris Police Department and within the Department?s Chain of Connnand up it) the Chicl'of Police. 'The Detective Nvill be subject to such orders as the Chief ofPolice or his designee may prescribe, not inconsistent with the laws on the State of Texas or the mandates of' the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention Authority grant. The Detective shall devote 10011) of'his time to official duties, unless granted leave by the Chief'of Police orhis designee. This is our only planned travel for this grant cycle. The travel policy for the City of Paris, which will be the travel policy of the Northeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force.is as follows: $0,56.5 per mile. Task force vehicles are typically used for this travel and mil I eage will not or should not apply. Per diem: S39,00479,00 per day depending on the city, as allowed by IRS.
