Kaufman, Paris, Texas, <br />Present: Mayor: Steven Clifford <br />Council Members,* Renae Stone; Derrick flughes,; Billy Trenado; Linda <br />Knox; Clayton Pilgrim; and Paula Portugal <br />City Staff- John Godwin, City Manager; Stephanie Harris, City <br />Attorney; Janice Ellis, City Clerk; Gene Anderson, <br />Finance Director; Bob Hundley, Police Chief, <br />Thomas McMonigle, Assistant Fire Chief, Carla <br />Easton, City Engineer; Doug Harris, Utilities <br />Director; Priscilla McAnally, Library Director; Kent <br />Klinkennan, EMS Director; Alan Efrussy, Planning <br />Director; and Clyde Crews; Fire Marshal <br />Opening Agenda <br />Call meeting to order, <br />Mayor Clifford called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />1 Invocation, <br />Pastor Bush gave the invocation, <br />3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Michael Glatfelter, 1345 SE btu' Street — he said he made a public information request for <br />revisions to the incentives for Spiral Weld, and that PEDC sent it to the AGs office. Mr. <br />Glatfelter said under the incentives, the taxpayer would be paying over $69,000 for each worker <br />and that was just to get Spiral Weld here in Parris. <br />Carolyn Williams, 1205, W. Center Street — she said she was being charged with a fine for <br />not mowing a lot that did not belong to her. She also said there was a lot on 7 N.W., where the <br />grass was so high that you could not see the signs. <br />
