Item No. I I <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />John Godwin, City Manager <br />FROM: Carta Easton, PE, City Engineer <br />Engineering and Community Development <br />SUBJECT: SPERRY'S FIRST ,ADDITION BLOCK 9, LOTS 2B & 3B REPLAT <br />DATE': June 18, 2018 <br />BACKGROUND: Jesse Brown owns Lots 2B & 3B Block 9 of Sperry's First Addition located <br />at 2851 Bonham Street. Mr. Brown has been approved J0]- the 1-jorne Rehabilitation Assistance <br />program through the Texas Department of Health and Community Affairs. Once an applicant is <br />approved for the program the 110USC that they currently live in will be demolished and a new <br />brick home constructed on the property. The property is currently zoned Single Family Dwelling <br />District 2 (SF -2). <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a replat of the property. Water and sewer <br />service is available along Bonham Street. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris <br />subdivision regulations and zoning ordinance. The plat was approved by Planning & Zoning <br />Commission on June 4, 2018. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the replat. <br />
