CAMPBELL ADDJTION BL0CK 1 LOTS I & 2 RE PLAT <br />DATE: June 18, 2018 <br />BACKGROUND: Mattie Polk owns Lots I & 2. Block I ofW.E. Campbell Addition located at <br />1104 1.2`x' St SP.. Ms. Polk has been approved for the Home Rehabilitation Assistance program <br />through the Texas Department of Health and Community Affairs, Once an applicant is approved <br />for the program the house that they currently live in will be demolished and a new brick home <br />constructed on the property. 'The property is currently zoned Two Family Dwelling District (2F). <br />STATUS OF ISSUF: The owner has submitted a replat of thy; property. Water and sewer <br />service is available along 12"' Street SE. ROW is dedicated for both 12"' Street SE and Cedar <br />Street. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations and zoning <br />ordinance. The plat was approved by Planning & Zoning Commission on June 4, 2018, <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the replat. <br />
