Reguilar Council Meeting <br />June 11, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />Louise Hagood, 556 Fitzhugh - she referenced the iriayor and mayor pro -tem selection <br />and said the entire process took one and one-half minutes, with a single nomination. Mrs. <br />Hagood said an opportunity for other names to be considered was an absolute must. She <br />suggested the city attorney help the Council with procedures using Roberts Rules of Order, <br />Carolyn Williams — she said she spoke three weeks ago about a lot being cleaned and it <br />was done, and now you could see the stop s,ign. She said she had another problern, in that grass <br />was over the railroad track, <br />Consent .Agends <br />Mayor Pro -Tern Hughes inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any iterns <br />frorn the consent agenda for discussion. There being none, a Motion to approve the consent <br />agenda was made by Council Member Knox and seconded by Council Member Trenado. <br />Motion carried, 6 ayes - 0 nays. <br />5.
