City Engineer reviewed the Replat backgrOLInd and status of issue with <br />commissioners. <br />BACKGROUND: Mattie Polk owns Lots I & 2, Block I of W.E. Campbell Addition <br />located at 1104 12"' St SE. Mrs. folk has been approved for the I Ionic Rehabilitation <br />Assistance program through the Texas Department Of health and Community Affairs. <br />Once an applicant is approved for the program the house that they currently live in will be <br />demolished and a new, brick home constructed on the property. The property is currently <br />zoned Two Family Dwelling District (N). <br />Dwelling <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a. replat of the property. Nater and <br />seNver service is available along 12"' Street S.L. ROW is dedicated for both If" Street SE <br />and Cedar Street. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision <br />revulations and zoning ordinance with the following revision. <br />1. Provide the mininlLffn finished floor elevation for proposed structures. <br />Carla Easton states City recommendation is to approve the replat with revision. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers'. seconded by Chad I indsey.
