NATHAN, of the County of Dallas, State of Texas, as a gift and without payment to me of any consideration whatever, do hereby GIVE, CONVEY. DELIVER, and CONFIRM unto the said CITY OF PARIS of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461 all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and deseribed as follows: SITUATED within the eorporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and being Lot 16-B, City Block 102, being the same property deseribed as FIRST TRACT in deed from Nina Belle Campbell to Claude C. Nathan, Jr., dated July 6, 1977, recorded in Book 594, Page 925. Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: UEGINNING at an iron stake a distance of 120 feet South of the Southwest intersection of Lamar A venue and 16th Street SE; THENCE West a distance of 104 feet 6 inches an iron stake; THENCE South a distance of 80 feet an iron stake; THENCE East a distance of 104 feet 6 inches an iron stake in the West Boundary Line of 16th Street SE; THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of 16th Street SE a distance of 80 feet to the place of beginning. and, I do expressly declare that it is my purpose and intent to vest in grantee all of the incidents of absolute ownership in and to the property herein and hereby conveyed from this time forward. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above deseribed premises. together with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said CITY OF PARIS, its successors and assigns forever; and I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular the said premises unto the said CITY OF PARIS, its successors and assigns, against eveTY person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.
