Love Civic Center <br />Governing Board Minutes <br />Love Civic Center <br />May 10, 2018 <br />Present: Curtis Fendley, Pam Anglin, Troy Scholl, Drew Crawford, Dave Cook, Casey Ressler, Chip <br />McEwin and Helen Ressler. <br />Staff: Gina Crawford, Randy Nation, Kern Wright, Jon McFadden <br />Curtis Fendley called the meeting to order at 4:03 pm. <br />A motion to approve the March minutes was made by Helen Ressler, seconded by Casey Ressler, All <br />approved. <br />Greg Wilson gave an overview of the April Financials, they were accepted into the minutes. <br />Curtis Fendley stated that the long-range planning meeting will be held on May 16 to discuss and <br />prioritize the estimates for the civic center. <br />Randy Nation stated that all is well with civic center right now. <br />Randy Nation stated that the bike kiosk is down due to locking issues. They are being rented manually <br />and the parts should be here in about three weeks. <br />Gina Crawford stated that the Eiffel n' love Craft Expo will be held on June 2, there are 22 vendors now. <br />We are pushing to get more for the event. This will be a Love Civic Center fundraiser. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:16 pm. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />
