<br />including rights and charges, all be subject to the approval of CITY, as provided by the laws <br />of the State of Texas. <br /> <br />1.3 COUNTY will provide all necessary equipment and personnel for said sanitation <br /> <br />services under the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />II. OBLIGATIONS OF CITY <br /> <br />2.1 CITY will be responsible for collecting a sum of $75.00 for each permit issued <br /> <br /> <br />for septic systems within the City of Paris. <br /> <br /> <br />2.2 CITY will pay COUNTY for sanitation services that are provided for CITY in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />2.3 Payment will be made by CITY to COUNTY once a month no later than the 10th <br /> <br /> <br />day of the month following the month for which fees have been collected by CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />2.4 CITY specifically agrees that it will pay COUNTY $75.00 each for all septic <br />system permits issued by CITY and inspected by the Sanitarian. <br />III. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS <br />3.1 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY, by and through the Lamar County <br />Sanitarian, shall have sole exclusive rights to maintain and supervise the sanitation services of <br /> <br />CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />3.2 In the event that the Lamar County Sanitarian is no longer employed by <br /> <br /> <br />COUNTY, or otherwise resigns or is terminated, or is incapable of performing his duties, CITY <br /> <br /> <br />shall have the right to terminate this agreement in the same manner as provided in Article VI <br /> <br /> <br />hereof. <br /> <br />2 <br />
