<br />CITY 01<' PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection Committee Composed of the City
<br />Engineer; the Chief, Paris Fire Department and the Chief Building Official, proceed to call a
<br />hearing, to notify the owners, and, if any, occupants of the property, and to notify such owners
<br />whose residences are not known by publishing the same in the newspaper as required by law,
<br />and after such hearing to report their findings to the City Council in accordance with Article III
