<br />XII. CERTIFICATION OF FUNDING AND SUPPORT. Budget information Should be accompanied by <br />documentary evidence of a commitment to provide for a local match. The documentary evidence <br />should be in the form of a resolution or other official document that provides for a commitment of 20% <br />local match of funding and any other appropriate fees. This documentation should be labeled, <br />"ATTACHMENT 2 - CERTIFICATION OF FUNDING AND SUPPORT." <br /> <br />For projects within an MPO, the MPO should provide a letter stating that the project will be included in <br />the local Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP), if approved for funding. This letter should be labeled, <br />"ATTACHMENT 3 - INTENT FOR TIP PLACEMENT," <br /> <br />XIII. LAND ACQUISITION INFORMATION. If land or easement will be acquired or other property <br />interests are involved, describe below how these will be acquired. including cost estimates and funding <br />arrangements. <br /> <br />The Paris Depot and approximately 2 acres of land surrounding the depot are to be donated by Railroad <br />Company. In 1994, this property was valued at $155,695. it will be donated to the Greater Paris Development <br />Foundation, Inc.- so the owner may take advantage ofa tax-deduction and then given to the City of Paris, <br /> <br />XIV.
