A list of TXDOT and their <br />addresses is attached. For further information or assistance completing this <br />nomination package, please contact your local TxDOT enhancement coordinator. <br /> <br />All project applications should include the following documents: <br /> <br />· A resolution of support from the nominating entity indicating its willingness to carry out the proposed <br />transportation enhancement activities. <br /> <br />· Location maps and site plans <br /> <br />· Photographs of site( s) <br /> <br />· Historic restoration projects should include evidence of official listing in the National Register <br />. of Historic Places. <br />
