<br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-027 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 9th day of <br />December, 1991, in Resolution No. 91-118, adopt the Official First Amended Lake Crook <br />Hunting District Map, which said map was used for the designation of hunting districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is in receipt of a request from Archers for Christ to amend <br />such map in order to allow hunting with bows and arrows on a portion of District 8, which is <br />open to the general public; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of continuing to encourage the safe and <br />recreational use of Lake Crook property and deems it appropriate that such request from Archers <br />for Christ be granted, that District 8 be divided into two (2) districts, known as Districts 8A and <br />8B, with bow and arrow hunting being allowed only in District 8A, and that the official map be <br />amended to reflect such change; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the <br />Official Second Amended Lake Crook Hunting District Map be, and the same is hereby, <br />adopted. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
