58. The rights and remedies provided by the AGREEMENT are cumulative, and the use of anyone <br />right or remedy by LESSOR shall not preclude or waive any right to use any or all other remedies. <br />59. Where the terms of this AGREEMENT require that notice in writing be provided, such notice <br />shall be deemed delivered three (3) days following the deposit of the notice in the United States mail, <br />postage prepaid, and sent by certified mail, return receipt requested and properly addressed as <br />follows: <br />Lessor: City of Paris <br />P. This AGREEMENT shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the parties of this Lease <br />and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns <br />when permitted by this Agreement. <br />61.
