Others in attendance were Mrs. Gina Prestridge and Ms. Cheryl King. Not in attendance were Dr. Eric Salzman and Dr. <br />Ross Williams. <br />Mr. Bill Collins called the meeting to order in open session at 5:30 p.m. <br />Mrs. Connie Stauter made the motion to approve minutes from prior meeting and was seconded by Dr. Mark Gibbons. Motion <br />carried, 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Dr. Marc White made the motion and was seconded by Mrs. Nancy Stallings to convene into open session and that the executive <br />session ended with no formal action being taken during executive session at 5:45 p.m. Motion carried, 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mr. Bill Collins presented and signed the yearly evaluation for Dr. Amanda Green and Mrs. Gina Prestridge. <br />Dr. Marc White made the motion to approve the yearly evaluations and was seconded by Mrs. Nancy Stallings. Motion carried, 5 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mrs. Gina Prestridge presented the McClanahan and Holmes, LLP, single audit. The Paris -Lamar County Health District only <br />received one finding and it was from an outside source that is hired to perform a certain duty and it was not completed within the <br />required time frame. <br />Mrs. Gina Prestridge presented a revision to the Paris -Lamar County Health District personnel policy, effective 01/01/2019, to <br />reduce the current number of carryover sick hours from 1,350 to 500 and vacation hours from 400 to 300 and then to reduce the <br />vacation carryover hours again on 01/01/2020 to 200 hours. <br />Dr. Mark Gibbons made the motion to adopt the revisions to the personnel policy and was seconded by Dr. Marc White.
