The following list consists of key points from the 2013 needs analysis: <br />• The City of Paris needs to focus on top quality upgrades and renovations to existing parks. <br />• Trails are needed for more connectivity throughout the community and to encourage healthier <br />lifestyles. <br />• Existing parks and facilities need to continually be upgraded and maintained at a high level in order <br />to keep Paris's park system up to local standards and safe for all users.
