PRETRE <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />State of Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being Lots 3 and 4, <br />Block I of the replat of Block 1 of the Fairview Addition, recorded in Envelope 194-A of <br />the Plat Records of said County and State, located at 1436 and 1444 North Main Street, <br />formerly known as Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block I of the Clement Fairview Addition and <br />being the same property as described in the Will of Gussie B. Ammons Reeves dated <br />March 23, 1963, being the same property described in deed from Thomas F. Pretre and <br />Eva Aline Pretre to Donald T. Pretre and Letha L. Pretre, dated December 20, 1984, <br />recorded in Book 679, Page 284, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being further <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin found for corner in the West Boundary Line of 1st <br />Street N.E., said point being South a distance of 143.5 feet from the intersection of the <br />North Boundary Line of Hickory Street and the West Boundary Line of 1st Street N.E.; <br />THENCE South along the West Line of 1st Street N.E. a distance of 100.0 feet <br />to an iron pin for corner; <br />THENCE South 89 Degrees 16 Minutes West a distance of 253.0 feet to a nail set <br />for corner in the East Boundary Line of North Main Street; <br />THENCE North a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron pin set for corner; <br />THENCE North 89 Degrees 16 Minutes East a distance of 253.0 feet to the place <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
