Indoor Recreation Center • Construct an indoor recreation center at the Sports Complex for multiple recreational opportunities. Financial resources may not allow the city to construct and operate such a facility. Therefore, the city will seek opportunities to partner with other jurisdictions and non. - profits to more efficiently offer these much-needed recreational opportunities.
