Chad Lindsey states he is in agreement with O'Bryan that it is a little restrictive to have the <br />stipulation of being by appointment only. <br />Godwin reminded the board that the applicant didn't ask for that and further states Garza <br />applied for a zoning change for a tattoo studio by appointment only. <br />Motion was made Keith Flowers, seconded by John Lee to approve the Specific Use Permit for <br />a tattoo studio by appointment only.
