No one came forward and the Citizens' <br />Input was closed. <br />Discuss and possibly a i::grove Minutes of the October 10 2018 S ecial Meetin and Minutes of the October <br />16 2018 Monthl ,r Meetin . <br />Mr. Manning asked if everyone had a chance to look over the minutes and if any changes were needed? Mr. <br />Hamill made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Ms. Bills seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 - <br />nays. <br />Discuss andossibl a rove Se Member 2018 Financials and the October 2018 Financials. <br />Mr. Hernandez stated that we had already looked at the September financials. The October financials show <br />GHD Services as an expense under New Industry Projects. The Marketing dollars were switched to New <br />Industry Projects once American SpiralWeld decided to come to Paris. Ms. Bills made a motion to approve <br />the September and the October financials. Mr. Hamill seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 -nays. <br />
