<br />TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />} <br />} <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the County of <br /> <br />Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, duly authorized, for and in consideration <br /> <br />ofthe sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand <br /> <br />paid by RAY SPENCER, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br /> <br />sell, give and grant unto the said RAY SPENCER, of Lamar County, Texas, a temporary access <br /> <br />easement to be used as ingress and egress from Lot 7, City Block 251A to North Main Street until <br /> <br />such time as the 1st Street N.W. connection to North Main Street is completed at which time this <br /> <br />easement will expire, described as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar <br />and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being part of a <br />0.470 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of Paris for Right-of-Way purposes by <br />Right-of-Way Deed, dated June 30, 1994, recorded in Volume 475, Page 78, Real <br />Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said 0.470 acre tract, said point <br />being the original Easterly Northeast corner of a 5.670 acre tract of land conveyed <br />Ray Spencer by deed recorded in Vol. 646, Page 697, of the Deed Records of said <br />County and State. <br />THENCE North 88 Deg. 58 Min. 20 Sec. West along the Southerly North <br />Boundary Line of said 5.670 acre tract a distance of 38.24 feet to an iron pin (f) for <br />corner at the Northwest corner of said 0.470 acre tract; <br />THENCE in a Southerly direction along the West Boundary Line of said <br />0.470 acre tract around a curve (R=600.05', C=S 25 Deg. 24 Min. 03 Sec. W <br />21. 96 ft.) to the right a distance of 21. 96 feet to a point for corner in the West <br />boundary line of said 0.470 acre tract; <br />THENCE South 88 Deg. 58 Min. 20 Sec. East a distance of 47.23 feet; <br />THENCE North I Deg. 13 Min. 24 Sec. East along the West Boundary Line <br />of N.
