<br />
<br />Each governing body of the following entities rnay purchase, sell, and invest
<br />its funds and funds under its control in investrnents au'thorized under this
<br />subchapter in cornpliance with investment policies approved by the governing
<br />body' and accordihgto the standard of care prescribed by, Section 1256.005:
