6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots I & 2, Block A of the <br />Killingsu;orth Addition, being located at 4300 Bonham Street. <br />Carla Easton states that Max and Jamie Killingsworth own. 50.185 acres located at 4300 <br />Bonham Street. They propose to subdivide the property into 2 lots in order to build a single <br />family home on each lot. The 50.185 acre property is a combination of 2 larger tracts of <br />land. In order to build a home in the desired location, the property must be platted to <br />dissolve the existing property lines and establish the 2 proposed lots. The property is <br />currently zoned Agricultural District (A). The owners have submitted a preliminary plat of <br />the property, creating Lots 1 and 2, Block A, of the Killingsworth Addition. Water service <br />is available along Bonham Street and Tigertown Road. Sewer infrastructure is not available <br />to serve the lots; however, the lot size is adequate to accommodate an alternative sewer <br />system. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, <br />subject to the following revisions <br />1. Show all proposed structures <br />2. Provide the minimum finished floor elevation for all structures <br />City Engineer recommends approval of the preliminary plat with noted revisions. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers. Seconded by John Lee to approve the Preliminary Plat <br />with noted revisions. Motion carried 7-0. <br />7.
